We grant a 2-year manufacturer warranty on all new devices. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Scope of the warranty
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship that occur during the warranty period when the product is used as intended. In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace the affected device or component free of charge, at our discretion.
Not covered by the warranty
- Wearing parts such as filters and seals
- Damage caused by improper installation or operation
- Limescale damage due to missing filter use or maintenance
- Interventions by unauthorised third parties
