Frequently asked questions about the MYN01
Does the shower toilet fit my toilet?+
Yes — virtually all standard floor-standing and wall-hung toilets. For elongated bowls (seat length over approx. 50 cm) we recommend the long version. The dimension drawing is further down this page.
Do I need a plumber?+
No. Everything needed is included: mounting plate, T-piece for the water connection and 3 m water hose. Installation takes about 30 minutes and is illustrated.
Which connections are required?+
An angle valve with ⅜″ connection (standard on every cistern) and an earthed socket within reach of the 1.8 m power cord.
How long is the warranty?+
2-year manufacturer warranty on new goods. Spare parts are permanently available from stock in Germany.
How often does the ion filter need replacing?+
About every 3 to 6 months — depending on water hardness. The filter protects nozzle and heater from limescale and keeps the water hygienically soft.
